It felt more like the medications you give someone with Alzheimer's. Neurology is not well understood science. Acetylcholine might be the primary neurotransmitters and theoretically believed to be the primary neurotransmitter involved in cognition and memory forming. Practically the results are disappointing, supplementing Alzheimer's patients with Ach agonists only decreases incidence of negative symptoms such as confusion but have no effect on cognition and memory.

So far its agreed, being healthy is your best shot to have a good memory (that includes mental health though ) .....eat healthy balanced diet, exercise, have a good night sleep , avoid stresses but keep yourself motivated. from experience, confidence helps a lot.


For someone who knows something about medications, some looks shady and some are just faux placebo. just like when someone goes to doctors complaining about being tired etc and they send you with a pack of multivitamins.....

and Hey, there is no medications that is totally non-toxic...Never...Ever....EVER. Especially with chronic use, every medication is toxic.
