Looks nice and modern. The prisoners who are in there for non.violent crimes should be used for some kinda work and have their sentences reduced. Like they do here in the U.S.

I was surprised prisons in somalia operated this way. It's important to rehabilitate these guys and give them training and education so they don't re offend . Overall Very impressed with these prisons.

The prisons and a lot of other projects were built due to puntlands ability to get what it wants. Its savvy politics and unique diplomacy to negotiate international funding. Besides would you rather the pirates were in foreign prisons as a lot of them are already.

I would rather Somalis stop killing eachother, stop relying on foreigners who are not your friends and are there to exploit you. I would rather you deal with the real problem - illegal fishing trawlers. The pirates are just a syptom, fishermen who have had their lives ruined by foreign thieving scum. :pacspit:
