Let me write this short opinion based on my observation on the Somali social experience and how can it relates to this thread .

The typical FOB Somali Xalimoo is usually a control freak in her house, especially after marriage. But they do posses great abilities in critical thinking situations, outstanding analytic skills and excellent observation capabilities.
But again, those xalimoo's are usually the most Qabilist and radical women out there.

Diaspora xalimoo's are often maskiin and quite with xishood badan. But have a realistic and admirable vision & ideas to the future of their country that surpasses in creativity and complexity the idea's of the next 50 incompetent Faraax's lining up for the role. They are socially active and open, thou many of them also have Qabiil connection but not as serious as the First Xalimoo

If it was up to me, I would let a the first Xalimoo take charge of the army and the second siting on the presidency thrown.

kudos to the wanlaweyn female swat team. good somali women progress. I think Somali women military or police uniform should be specially designed. trousers is more suitable than skirts. a somali woman can't run from or to the enemies if she is wearing skirts. she cant also struggle enough to defend herself if the enemies catches her to rape. trousers is sexually more protective than simple loose clothes like googarad or goono.

my suggestions

1. somali women in the army must be allowed to wear the standard armed forces dress. how ever it should not be as tight as others to not expose their shape of their assets.
2. somali police women must not wear any kind of jilbaab half or long. they must wear special tight "gambo" and a loose police hat to make up their style.
