I used to enjoy TEDx when profound ideas were shared, now its like anyone with an opinion is invited

I know that stage-fright is one of my weaknesses so you wouldn't catch me giving presentation in front of an audience. F that!

PS: Imagine if Tedx started inviting individuals with opposing views and that TheMailMan & MaliPrince show up at the same time. What do you think their debate will be like?

lets just put it this way. 99.9% of the audience would agree with me. TheMailMan would be too scared to propogate his racist views in public.

I have seen many Somalis like him back in my old university, they take few philosophy classes and all of a sudden they think they're fount of all knowledge and wouldn't shut up.

I doubt he rehearsed this enough time. A lot of his behaviour comes down to awkardness, anxiety, inexperience, lack of sleep etc.

You nailed on the head ...he put too much thought to it ...it would be if he was advised to imagine these people were monkeys ..that's the best way to calm down and laugh and to regroup

What's tedx

It's a spin off of ted talks, but independently run through the name Tedx. That way anyone can speak without going through Ted. For ex. There was a Muqdisho tedx, you can YouTube it.
