They look 100% Somali, their hairstyles are based off of typical ancient Somali hairstyles and Cushitic in general. Look at pictures of our cousins, the Afar people and you will see similar hairstyles. Same with as the ancient Egyptian hairstyle. They are using butter to make these kind of hairstyles.
If you look closely at their faces and imagine their head being shaven, they would look like typical Warsame from Mogadishu or Liban from Hargeisa.
