Nice. Russia is slowly, but surely being encircled. The only thing left for Moscow is to threaten it's neighbors.
LooL because they know all too well if the missile defense goes online, then their Nuclear deterence is obsolete.
What good is having ICBM's if they can be shot down before they reach their target?
