Whenever Ethiopians started moving from those checkpoints, they escort Al-Shabaab terrorists and bring them to critical government installations. Ugandan military officials have been reported to be in collusion as well. The end goal is, Ethiopians don't want this government to function, and the Ugandans are milking the peacekeeping operation. The Somali intelligence agency is also heavily infiltrated by both Ethiopians and their Al-Shabaab minions. Tragic situation for the Somalis and Somali Government. No end in sight. UNDP in Nairobi is very happy as well.

The most reasonable and informed statement that anyone has stated in this tragedy. The IC has designed the Somali Government not to function. Arms embargo placed on the government where it cannot form effective security forces, but Ethiopia, Uganda, and all other toothless and boot-licking countries can bring in their weapons and meddle this country's internal affairs. All of the Somali Government resources are being controlled by cadaan boys who are stationed in Nairobi through the UNDP. The Somali Government is not independent to obtain nor spend those resources as they are needed. Folks, don't fool yourself. Somalia was denied to have a functioning state by the so-called IC.

There are 2 checkpoints, one on the North side towards Balcad, and the other on the south side, and the Ethiopians are with Ugandans; they are incorporated within the AMISOM forces. It has been concluded that most of the attacks in Mogadishu takes place based on the Ethiopian movements within the city. You may want to seek facts, instead of being in denial. Btw, this is a Somali Government we all want to succeed, so pointing out the holes in the security apparatus is not something that could cause an issue.
