Somalis have killed somalis in the most brutal way destroying their country, and I still call them brothers. These guys could be totally innocent and unjustly treated, but they could also be thieves or drug smugglers and caught red handed (police is taking them away).

Don't forget that Yemen though it is one of the most poorest countries in the world took in hundreds of thousands of Somali refugees.

There are Syrian refugees in Hargeisa and they aren't mistreated. In fact, they're treated as human beings and even given jobs. So I don't see what your point is. Ethiopian migrants also come to Hargeisa and they aren't beaten, abused, tortured or raped by the local population.
