The apple jokes need to stop because it’s not funny. The more often you promote this and crack jokes it’s going to have a negative impact. Do you people even care that if you have daughters one day that promoting this stereotype might impact them? Or you just don’t give a damn about the impact of your words. I think you people need think about the impact on them and the women in your lives.
Because constantly repeating these jokes is not productive.
Do you like it when people crack jokes about Somali pirates?
Do you like it when people crack jokes about Muslims being terrorist?
You are doing the same thing as these people. You are sensationalizing things and just making things worse.

Jokes aside why would a woman make herself so cheap as to be bought by with an apple? Are most of these even true? Why would a woman who can do so much grab the shorter end of the stick and be a present to a man who has served time in jail? How can she trust herself with such a man?
