Djibouti is a capital city, they should have aimed higher than St.Paul the twin city of Minnehopless.

Nice one for Djibouti, it has the capital of Minnesota, while Bosaaso has the largest city of Minnesota. That's good for Somalis. :up: Does Bosaaso have more sister cities? Djibouti has a lot and already had a American sister city. Except for Minneapolis , Bosaaso has Doha I think.

Djibouti sister cities:
- Recently: Saint Paul, Minnesota

-Henley-on-Thames, United Kingdom
(Probably Dallas, Texas in the future)

You don't need a large Somali population in order for the cities to be named sister.
Why would I hate Djibouti for? I have familial links to it and I actually lived there as a kid.
