You don't need a large Somali population in order for the cities to be named sister.
Why would I hate Djibouti for? I have familial links to it and I actually lived there as a kid.

Horta whats the advantage of having a twin city? what good would it bring basaso or djibouti?

@Lancer :up: Btw he was a doctor, he submitted a proposal to the county to rename it from a Spanish name to Borama. :mrgreen:
