I'm saying why feel rushed into marriage especially when you're having doubts

Whether you keep her hanging, break it off, take a gamble, you are making a decision that will shape the next chapter of your life. Shouldn't feel cornered or rushed into anything

Be fair to both of you

Ohh you meant marriage.

To be honest I don't know anymore. I guess I'll have to take a day at a time and see what happens.

There's more to life than just Somaliland and tribal nonsense I suppose.

walaal at 24 you're still quite young; you're right, take it day by day & see how it goes, don't rush things and always think "what's the worst case scenario? How much do I stand to lose?"

Your relationship with this women will not last for two reasons. You neither respect her or love her enough. To me it just sounds like the only reason you'll wife her is because of fear of never finding someone better.

My advice don't settle for less. You are young and have lots of time ahead of you inshallah.

Nah, I got the feeling that she's the one but the future problems is my biggest fear hence the question if I should wait and look for the right Xaliimo and I guess it's wise to do so.

But I do love this woman and I respect her. Otherwise I wouldn't be with her.

Xildiid, I'd say go for a Somali woman! But take your time and look for the perfect wifey, it'll save you the headache you'll get from relatives never mind the complications of trying to raise your children as Somalis in a foreign environment. Any way, do what you think is best for you in the long term!! Inshallah you'll make the right decision for yourself.
