According to the post by Otali, it was the portoguese who defeated the Ajuuraan and not the hawiye. I am guessing the hawiye were lackeys who were put in power after the ajuuraan defeat by the portoguese.
The Portugese were defeated by Ajuraan stole the town from us anyway.Offcourse they are get kicked out. The Ajuraan were kicked because of the greedyness for 200 they took it over from us. Offcourse Darandoole had to take revenge

Muqdisho will always be Hiraab at the end how long the occupation will be.

With Siad Barre it was 20 years and it was us that defeated him and made him run to Nigeria even better than the Ajuraan Laughing Laughing

Stand up Habergdir Maxamud Mudulood Shiikhal Wink

the sultanate survived the porteguese but were weakened by it.

Otali

Why do I get a distinct feeling that I offended you somehow? Name calling will not change history my dear Otali and the facts demonstrate that Hawiyes failed miserably to manage their bit of the country as well as the other "big two" mainstreamers did. Not only that the Hawiyes spread the havoc they created in Mogadishu to areas inhabited by peaceful, sedentry, unorganised Somalis like teh Digil, Mirif, Barawanis, bimals, Tunnis, Garres, Jiidows, Xabshs and others.

But the thing history will never forgive the Qumbe-smelling bstrads of hawiye is their wholesale destruction of the nation's capital. The Somali did not dsetry Mog because 90% of it was 1000 Km away in Hargeisa. the Somali airforce did not destroy Mog because 100% of it was busy destroying Hargeisa and Burao. The Somali navy had tow boats in operation and both were moored in Berbera. They did not NEED to fight at all. Siyad Barre had few hundred well trained and committed bodyguards and about tow thousand armed Darods in Mog in 1991. Anyone who was ever involved in the Somali politics knew these facts.

The Darods fought courageously but they knew it was the end and they concenterated on saving their leader. Thy did this and left Mogadishu almost intact. Like all third world capitals Mogadishu housed almost all of the nations' wealth in terms of buildings, infrastructures and services. It had the biggest sea and airport, teh biggest bank and all teh government ministries.

They DESTROYED mogadishu single handedly. That is a crime they will always be guilty of.

And lastly, no Mogadshu which was once by far the wealthiest place in teh country is today only the third wealthies after Hargeisa and Borame. And of course it remains teh most dangerous place in Somalia. all down to hawiye.

And Otali i noticed you did not answer the question about Hawiyes lack of conflict resolution techniques. Why can't you nut-eating, gun-toting babboons sit down together inside the country, talk like we and the Dhabayaco did, come up with some kind of constitution as roadmap, clean the rubble and give your citizens a semblance of peace and normality? Why is this beyond you?

I am still amazed at your enrage for the Hawiya....Give them a break man...not Otali(the oxymoron who PMs every chick in snet...hoping to score with a darod chick Laughing ) of course!!!!But... they still have some that are very smart, unfortunately, they are ove- run by the majority who are clouded by qabil and hatred(just like you guys and perhaps some or even the majority of the Darods).....for the Daraods!!!!!

Ninkii Hooyadey Aroosaa waa adeerkeey.....thats what they dont realize....if they came up with a viable government every one would have been under their rule, but like you said..... Nimaan talin aqoon markuu yimaado...you know the rest Laughing
