What I got out of this

1. Me, me, me... look at me.
2. I had sex when I was 18.
3. Im scared my baby will come out retarded.
4. Me, me, me. Shout-out to my husband but really n truly this is about me.
5. woop woop got an internship, me again.
6. My C section gave me an ugly scar *cries* no more bikini.
7. me, me, me.

I'm not hating on this beautiful woman shes done a lot for herself, I just don't feel inspired, maybe its because im a man and I can't relate.

or is it cause this whole thing was about herself and not really inspiring others and she's garbage facebook writer.

Either way shout to Maryam, I hope her baby grows up to be a young Jesus and help troubled people like me, who are on highway to hell.

No, not really.

This is about girl who come to terms with not wearing bikinis and swimsuits anymore, she has to accept this because the C section left her a scar.

She said she got married to "please God and do things the right way"

Getting married young >>>>>> committing zina

She made it work so kudos to her

Marriage, marriage, marriage.... is this what the average Somali-girl thinks of? Im trying to crack the microcosm of the universe, science, mathematics.

I think your priorities are fucked up.

Tell that to the thousands of 21 year old single mothers living in poverty because of insane decisions based on the ramblings of polygamous shiekhs who divorce women like they change underwear.

It is completely irresponsible to even consider marriage and starting a family before you're mature and financially stable.

If I had a kid at 18, he/she would have been in school by now :-O

Somalis take marriage very lightly. Really, it's the most important decision you'll ever make.

@chiefkinmo, what do you study?

What is there to celebrate? As Sheikh Muqbil said, humans who put value on worthless papers, and then declare themselves educated are the least knowledgable of mankind

Nobody cares what some "sheikh" said. Why don't you think for yourself for once?

Would you prefer her to live in Dixon on a single mother welfare pension? Why doesn't Sheikh Muqbil tell his Saudi sponsors not waste billions of their $$$ on building fancy but dysfunctional universities just to grant Saudi students such "worthless papers"? What did he contribute to the Yemeni people in eradicating illiteracy? Thanks to him, Saudi Arabia is now destroying Yemen on his behalf.

Kudos to the sister.
