Russel is an idiot. I watched a video on YOUTUBE where he was spurting with Farage, and even the audience boo'ed russel. He seems ideological and delusional. One of the audience member asked him why doesn't he run for office if he hates politicians that much, instead of campaigning. His stupid answer was --I don't want to change or become them! What a freaking silly!

Does it mean I can vote for local authorities, which means I can vote labour in my area, but then it says I cant vote for general elections? I even had the little election polling card sent to my house? Wtf is this?
