I woke up happy this morning, I drove to work, I got to work only to find out my boss brought in double chocolate cake that his wife made, ate that with shah rinjii. It's 5:23 pm, and I am still happy!

Cleaning and doing the laundry makes me the happiest on earth. I like to stand in the kitchen after loading the machine and mopping the floor with koob shaah ah and just breathe deeply with a smile on my face...I feel like how a Somali back home feels after its rained on a dry and dusty day.

You know what makes me happy, when I clean the whole house, did the laundry, took a nice shower and put on a nice clean fresh baati, and drink an iced tea while watching my reality shows while I turn off my phone and ignore all the texts and missed calls. :blessed:
