You live in london, gardens are out of your reach and luxury. That small plot of land will be used to build a modern flat for would be Uzbekistan rafugees.

Snap out of it!

Gardening is somewhat a hobby of mine. :D My front garden has two big palm trees (trachycarpus fortunei & a phoenix canariensis).

You can grow basically everything in Somalia. Just needs fertilizer and irrigation and because of all the sunshine the growrth rate of the trees and plants is rapid compared to the cloudy West.

Most houses in Germany have large gardens and the winters in the Western part of the country are mild enough to grow exotic plants.

Plant low maintenance but valuable ornamental trees and palms there, you can resell them when they are larger to wealthy residents of Hargeisa later on.

I have a huge concrete garden and I am going out to shop for a new lawnmower this afternoon and I am looking forward to the beautiful flowers that will grow out of it.
Will post pictures when time comes.
