Nah, there's a new neighborhood beyond Daami that goes by the name of "Kilinka" as in Kilinka 5 but the residents are Oromos, southern Eelay/ minority groups and Somali minority groups (Gabooye) that left Ethiopia (Jigjiga)

The amount of theft, drugs, alcohol and prostitution is ridiculous. Every Dhaqan Celis son of a whore goes there to buy Ethiopian Weed or to take his car to the bushes on the outskirts of that neighborhood to fuck a dhaqan celis or local broad.

Why would any same men and women with bachelor degrees want to become police officers? They wouldn't get paid as much as they would in the field they studied in. It's true tho usually it's the ciyaal suuq who join the police force. One problem I have with them that's wide spread around the Somal region is the use of khat. Can you imagine dealing with ciyaal suuq that's high on khat wielding an Ak 47
