Alpha,

Nah, there's a new neighborhood beyond Daami that goes by the name of "Kilinka" as in Kilinka 5 but the residents are Oromos, southern Eelay/ minority groups and Somali minority groups (Gabooye) that left Ethiopia (Jigjiga)

The amount of theft, drugs, alcohol and prostitution is ridiculous. Every Dhaqan Celis son of a whore goes there to buy Ethiopian Weed or to take his car to the bushes on the outskirts of that neighborhood to fuck a dhaqan celis or local broad.

The authorities don't give a damn as long as they're not bringing their stuff to well established neighborhoods.

I'm talking about Daami sxb , i was in hargeisa 2008/10 and that was the place where everyone got it from , haven't been to hargeisa in almost 5 yrs maybe its changed.

I wish we would replace current police with thousend of unemployed bachelor degree men and women. The current police are mainly Dibjir and xiyaala suuq!
Why would any same men and women with bachelor degrees want to become police officers? They wouldn't get paid as much as they would in the field they studied in. It's true tho usually it's the ciyaal suuq who join the police force. One problem I have with them that's wide spread around the Somal region is the use of khat. Can you imagine dealing with ciyaal suuq that's high on khat wielding an Ak 47

The new neighborhood I'm talking about grew out of Daami. It's like an extension and it's much worse than Daami.

These are not men, they're bunch of uncivilized animals. How dare they humiliate these women? Half of these savages drink alcohol anyway. They all sound drunk.

Fat Albert so it's all good as long as they're madhiban right? Doqon buraan baa tahay. No human being deserves to be humiliated like that, no matter where they hail from.

These women were bringing an illegal haram substance into the country , they deserve every piece of humiliation they get. This will discourage other dhocils trying to do the same.

Only thing ceeb about this is the barbaric act of public shaming. There is a huge demand for liquor in Hargeisa. As long as there is demand for the product there will be suppliers. Arrest them, charge them and punish them everything else is primitive.

Sure, seizing a handful of bottles among the thousands sold daily in Somaliland, will deal a major blow to the thriving alcohol market there.

Public shaming is very backwards

A swift fine or charges is all they needed to do, the insults and humiliation they made them go through was completely unwarranted.
