20% increase of rain could become a curse because of flooding. You can't create an early warning systems for a roaming nomad in the interior. If this is true, any idea how we could implement any future flooding plans to save people and livestock?
I don't understand much of the sciences of the Climate Change argument is based upon, but one objective from this argument is crystal clear. It is designed to deny the Third World to develop industrially by using the available and cheaply produced resources like coal and other fossil fuels.
