The way the sister was treated was unacceptable, but at the end, the cabin crew who had humiliated her has apologised to her and admitted her behaviour towards her was unacceptable and the Captain has also apologised and conveyed to her that the way she was treated was unacceptable. He took her to the service desk and helped her to lodge a complaint. End of conversation unless she wants to sue the Airline. Last time, I was picked up for a personal search at the departure point in an airport, the officer had a name-tag and to my surprise, his name was Mohamed Al-something who spoke with an Egyptian accent. When I asked him why he picked me out of all the passengers? He refused to answer and told me to cooperate with him.
