The world is going religion-less. Ireland the most religious country in Cadaan world VOTED for GAY MARRIAGE weeks ago. They also voted in a poll. In 1984 Ireland voted they were a religious country. Today the poll is 17%. That is scary. In United States--the most religious western country--in 2007 77% identified as Christian. Today it is 70% . I KNOW, not much but it is falling. and most of the Christians are Black Americans. And Africa--the headquarters of blackness is the center of religiousness, lets sigh and say alhamdhulilah for that.

iam not athiest... iam just secular.. i want religion to stay in masjid and in the church... i want religion and politics not to be mixed.. i want all people to have freedom to worship what ever they like even if its flying spaghetti monster..

Well several of my colligues and I have had this conversation. Many of them identify as Christians, but not as church going Christians or religious Christians. They believe in a Christian God, but are not really concerned with sin, or religion. In fact you wouldn't tell they were Christians except for that self identifying factor.

In my opinion, there is a cultural thing with identifying as Christian and a nasty stigma about being an atheist/agnostic which blocks many people's opinions on the matter

Atheists and gays are winning no doubt about that, they use scare tactics that if you dnt believe gay marriage you are homophobic and thats absurd!

I say muslims and christians should come together and defend the tradition mariage, marriage was, is and will always be between man and woman, watch this interesting debate on fox news
