I got the feeling, watching the replay, the defender fouled knowing it was outside the box, close call can't fault the refs.

I want to be proven wrong, let's go USA!

Yea the speed of Morgan put her in the penalty box but the foul was outside the box. Ref didn't see it so yea can't blame her.

This is the best I've seen the USA play in the whole tournament I guess they saved the best for last.

Lets see what Marozsán does for Germany tho she isn't 100% fit.

It aint no fluke, USA was the better team tonight. I'm glad they scored so masterfully.

@HorseedS, I don't follow sports hardcore. I like big events like I watched the Champions League Final, NBA Finals, NFL Playoffs + Super Bowl...I can't get into the regular season of anything lol

I only got into this really because you made this thread, obviously piqued by the level of play these women put out. I'm glad you did

Bro, I didn't see the foul that gave the Germans that PK they failed to convert...Julie Johnston should've been red carded, US should've been down a player for essentially the entire half :lupe:

Were the Germans robbed? There's no room to excuse a ref mistake, it's as clear as day a red card. It's a tainted win, but the US did show out for the rest of the half and dominated so I'm still proud.

Kinda looked like the same one that was given to us yesterday. Foul outside the box but player fell into the box.

Anyway ok game so far I like Japan's game play better than England.
