Wallahi Tuna Sumbuasas are the best kind. My mouth is watering right now just thinking about them. :(
I rather die than eat such thing. :scusthov:
Tuna sambusas are the reason why I have trust issues. Alhamdulilah Hooyo saw the light and stopped making them :blessed:
In our home they make the tuna one and the normal one. I used to make the mistake of eating the tuna but Alhamdulilah they stopped putting them on the same plate. Walahi I'm not lying my whole appetite is ruined if I smell it let alone it eat.

12:26 pm the hunger is slowly creeping up to me. My coworkers went to chipotle for lunch, I don't like chipotle so I am not missing out anything. I swear I can smell the coffee brewing in the break room. I never used to drink the coffee in the break room, I am a Starbucks kind of girl, fancy or basic you be the judge. I called my mom earlier to ask what will we eat for afur and she said naa hedhee it's not even mid day and you already thinking about, qasaaro baa tahay, naag intaan laa eeg, adkayso. I didn't even complain to her about my hunger, right before she hanged up on me she said, I will be baking sambusa this year. No more oil drenched sambusas. I asked if she will make tuna sambusa for me and she said she has other priorities other than making me separate sambusa, who do I think I am? And click she hanged up on me. :(

12:30 pm I hope it rains. I might leave early today and take a nap later on. Inshallah.
 You sound miserable lol other than a mild headache..I am fine.

Yesterday I was majorly depressed, I didn't realise food was so important to me, I am ignoring many friends and family while they are talking to me, lack of happiness, lack of energy. I don't want to go into the details, but I even nearly broke down and wanted to cry after a small unpleasant encounter with another person, something that would have otherwise not even be noticed by me. My memory was slacking majorly.

I made sure to wake up for suhoor lastnight, I had barley with almond milk, cinammon, cut up apple and agave, I also had 2 bottles of 16 oz of water. I feel great, energized and ready to conquer the world (actually I better sit my ass down before I get dehydrated).

It's currently 9:35 am and I just spent the last 20 minutes clearing out my mind. I had deep thoughts about everything in my life mainly if I should get a bunny and name it Coco Chanel.

9:37 am I have this urge of laughing at my coworker's ridiculous bridal shower demands. Glad I am fasting and won't be attending it this weekend :blessed:

6:58 pm I just got done with what I call labor work, I've been in the kitchen for the past an hour, I was overworked, yelled at, and bossed around. Now I'm hiding at the basement because I was told to fry the sambusa, why should I? It's not like I am going to eat it. Onto some good news they've agreed to add almond milk into the malawax batter. :stylin:

Took a month paid holiday off work. I go to sleep after sahoor wake up at 3pm and get in the kitchen by 3:30 turn my Quran on and start the iftar. Finish making iftar by 8:30. Then I go and take a nice shower and prepare the food and just chill watching Islam channel or peace TV or Huda until iftar. :stylin:

Maybe I should wake up earlier to spend at least an hour reading Quran insha'Allah.

I woke up late today, in my defense I slept after I prayed fajr.

It's currently 3:30 pm. I have a headache, I feel nauseas and we are having guests over tonight for afuur, which means double the work in the kitchen today. "Sigh" onto some good news, I just designed an abayaa for eid prayer today, the girl who makes abayaas said that she will be done in 2 weeks. :blessed:

P.s

It's not your typical abayaa.
