Standardize fasting hours? This will constitute as a innovation that has no basis in Islam, if you can't take the heat, don't fast, but don't call for meaningless reforms, I once went three days without food, it's pathetic to see someone even saying this, I'm going to act like I never read that.

Travel to another town for Ramadan, the closest to you that will allow you to break your fast with a sunset.

Sufis need to stop with their innovation. This will be punished in the day of judgement with probably even eternal hellfire no matter how much you practiced the religion.
