If you're talking about purely aesthetic purposes, I would choose a city like Marka or Mogadishu to live in.

If you're talking about a city overall, including the quality of life....then I would have to pick Hargeisa for sure.

I would choose Mogadisho, I was born there and my family are from Mogadisho for couple of generations. I can also imagine myself in a beautiful villa on the Coast.
