None of the Somali regions including Somaliland can make a decision with Nickalous Kay. Nickalous Kay = White UN guy. Not to mention that in the south there are hoards of African Union soldiers who do jack for the country since the Somali army was formed but still stick around for their pay check. Not to mention Somali leaders in all regions ass kiss Kenya and Ethiopia. So yes my friend Somalis cannot take a step forward without these people giving consent first. Let's not lie to ourself here.
