Opening an Islamic charity dedicated to Somalia

Postby JamalAddow » Thu Jul 02, 2015 10:25 am

Lets try to simulate this charity's work syriarelief.org.uk in Somalia. Instead of gaalo feeding qashin to our people, we should control what type of food and other stuff our IDPs recieve.

You can say my qabiil aren't IDPs, but Allah can make you a refugee tomorrow.

Instead of UN and other organisations getting a cut of everything, we could cut them out as middle men and deal with everything ourselves.

We could also work in Al-Shabaab areas, actually the best thing to do is purchase all the food from Somali farmers themselves, replenishing the economy.

What do you guys think?

Muslims are really generous, the only thing you to do is get to their hearts.

Imagine getting $100million from this guy, where we could every penny for Somalis, and not pocket anything.

It's a good idea actually.

But then Al-Shabaab will always find an excuse to ban you from operating in their areas even if you don't deal with gaalos.

If Ummah Welfare Trust, a British muslim charity, were able to work and deal with Al-Shabab when they had immense power, do you think they'll say no us improving the local economy.

We could help train doctors, open up schools and orphanages, actually settle IDPs in cities instead of the outskirts, or move them to the Jubas and help them establish as farmers.
