After reading different threads on here I noticed the use of "laangaab" and "laandheer" I understand some qabiils are one and others are the other! Could someone please explain what it is and wich qabiils counts to what term?

It's a pathetic and offensive term used by Ain't shxt qabils to make themselves feel better for not being shxt. In my opinion all Somalis are langaabs because they live in the worlds poorest country and the poorest part of Africa and they are one of the largest immigrants and refugees in the world.
