Truth be told we Somalis are blessed with good skin, majority of us and we don't need much make up.. White and oriental ladies on the other hand.......


I wear mascara and lipstick most days
When I want a polished look I put on a bit of translucent powder.

I don't wear that much makeup. ..most of the days I wear lipstick, eyeliner, mascara, and eye shadow. I only wear full makeup for weddings/parties and dates..

do y'all wear makeup everyday? one of my co worker called in sick the other day bcz she couldn find her makeup bag she said she feels naked if she leaves home sans makeup what does she mean by naked? ugly?

I wear it every single day. Even if I'm staying at home. It's like a feel good routine for me.
Wake up shower, get dressed, make up.

I don't think girls addicted to make up means they are ugly. It's just that you get so used to having make up on that once your without, you don't feel complete.

Some people would for instance feel that way about earrings, watch.. It's a type of accessory...

so bcz you are on makeup all the time does your husband find you less attractive when you are makeup free?
