Tipping mailman?

Postby Xeno » Wed Aug 26, 2015 9:00 am

Is that normal?

Lately I have been buying a lot from Amazon and the same guy always delivers my stuff.
He's working his ass off, should I tip him?

Depends. If its someone who works for US Postal office, then they aren't allowed to accept any gifts.

If its someone who works for UPS, FedEX or any other private company, u can tip em as much as you want. Since they make the minimum wage.

But if u really wanna make em happy, and show em how much you appreciate what they are doing, answer the door wearing nothing but dirac or niggis.

If you appreciate his efforts, why not?

Warning. I once tipped someone after seeing his hard work, and then he expected it after that. When I noticed, and stopped, he started calling my number after hours to ask when I'd send him the money. This was in Hargeisa of course though, not canada.
