If they change their policy, we can be brotherly neighbors, but as long as they continue with the current policy, I can only care the bad news that comes out of there. I wouldn't trust Chinese built infrastructure no matter how cheap they do it, look at this recent escalator accident that resulted in the death of a mother. I rather have it built by the Japanese or Western countries and cost more but is save and reliable.
