The chinese funded and built the modern tramway. I dont know what major involvement the Ethiopians had apart from some logistics and giving the heads up for the project. To present this as progress is really actually an indictment on how far behind Africans are. The fact that this is the first one built in sub saharan Africa is just sad.

Actually Somalis are doing a lot of businesses in South Sudan which 'll boom their economy. Dahabshiil are the company responsible for foreign exchange in the country (Not sure though).
