I was raised by a woman and I don't think I need any assistance! Save us from this genralization .
Not to say that everyone who is raised this way turns out the same.

Though Daadi this is one of the few times I've seen you get worked up, understandably.

But you are one of the least aggressive people on here. A woman's influence
Not really but the guy might have have some other challenges!

Some of the good traits I have I always says I got from the lady who raised me, not that all women/men got those rare traits.

Nevertheless, if we r not raised by woman whom do u really want to raise us?

On side note years back I read a book about emotional intelligence and if I can recall it well the book was saying children raised by single parents will most likely be handicup!

Yes human beings are complex by nature so it's not possible to pin point exactly what causes a certain behaviour, usually a multitude lakin I am going off of the basic - if a child is going to model their behaviour around the adults that raise them then it is important for them to be around adults of the same gender even when one of the parents is no longer around.

About the book, how did they reach that conclusion?

Divorce effs up children in so many ways. Somalidina when they divorce u ma maleeynaysid inay dad ilaahay aaminsan yihiin, when was the last time you heard a Somali kid say i'm going to spend the weekend at my dad's place? Almost never. But we always hear it from Cadaan kids, splits tend to be civilised, parenthood is shared especially among the educated classes
