That is not wilisqo, I have never seen what they r trying to play and doubt it is In Mogadishu because except dhaanto which is lately making a comeback non of Somali folk dances made made it to Mogadishu, it is only played in baadiya.

It's South Sudan.
The people are Muslims, so it is not South Sudan. I am pretty sure it is either Mali or Chad. Could be other majority-Muslim West African countries too
