I have been to the gym plenty of times with Somalis and none of them ever make jokes, mess around or laugh loudly. Everybody is only interested in working out. Maybe you just live in an area with ratchet people?

My gym closes at 11 I go work out at 10 for that exact reason. All the beautiful hijabis come out at that time.

i dont see the problem with somalis at the gym where i live. They are pretty cool , most just politely greet you or they are on their way minding their own business working out.

Its a waste if people go to the gym to only socialize.

That's the reason why I stopped going to the YMCAs in my city. Somalis get loud and obnoxious when they get in groups but there is also annoying madows and other ratchets. The ones attacking you for it are probably the people in question. So go ahead and do it, I personally don't regret paying extra.
