- The Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration is now Ministry of Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship.
- The Ministry of the Environment is now Environment and Climate Change.
- The Ministry of Aboriginal Affairs is now Indigenous Affairs.
And the people:
- The Minister of Health is an actual doctor.
- The Minister of Science is an actual scientist.
- The Minister of Defence is an actual veteran (and the first Canadian Sikh to command a Canadian regiment!).
- The Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada is a crown prosecutor and former AFN regional chief.
- The Minister of Status of Women is a former women's shelter director.
- The Minister of National Revenue is a social worker.
- The Minister of Democratic Institutions is an Afghan refugee (and the first Muslim federal cabinet minister in Canada, and she's a woman too!).
- The Minister of Sports and Persons with Disabilities is a human rights lawyer and Paralympic champion.
- Minister of International Development and La Francophonie is a former CIDA employee.
- The Minister of Transportation is an astronaut (M-A-R-S, Mars, we going to Mars! Red Rocks!).
Fully half of the cabinet positions are held by women (15/30), there are 5 people of colour of recent immigrant backgrounds, and there are 2 indigenous people in the Cabinet.

If, as it appears, he could not afford us the promised Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration, he could at least made up some shitty, insignificant new ministry something along the lines of Ministry of Democratic Institutions. He could have called it the Ministry for the Reduction of the Effects of Global Warming, MREGW.
