Here is tonight's full Moon. Bit blurry. Turn up the brightness to see more detail.

Compare that with a 67% Moon and you can just how much detail in the craters is lost due to the light.

Just to give you an idea of how zoomed in the pictures are, here is an image of the Moon with my DSLR at full zoom with a standard lens.

Here's an interesting thing, I called it the rainbow Moon. I'm 99% sure that the reason the rainbow colours appear is because of the tiny water droplets in the clouds refracting the light reflected from the Moon. However, I noticed that this only happened this night (and not in previous nights where the moon was smaller). I suspect this is because the intensity of the light is not great enough. You can ignore the 'second' Moon, it's there because of the window I shot the image through.
