No boat would escape the sight of our MJ friends.

The only solution right now is to train, arm and fund Somali Pirates into a makeshift coast guard. Give them permission to shoot, sink and rob every foreign vessel with 300-400 miles of the Somali coastline.

Somali "politicians" can't see further than the next aid cheque and ngo contract. :)
If we had institutions that functioned as little as 50% the country could be resurrected.

Somalia has enough potential wealth to deliver first world living standards to it's people.
