I pack and eat at wagamama below our office sometimes.

When I pack my own lunch it's usually tuna, chicken or egg salad..

Fish, usually salmon, potatoes and sauce.
I also pack Somali style rice with chicken..

I pack my lunch for work but I only eat Baasto,Grilled Cheese, or Tuna sandwich which I rotate around. It is mundane but I also treat myself once in a while to a good take out.

I eat at restaurants. I eat a real meal; three course menu. Lunch is relatively cheap compared to dinner; costs an average 13- 16 Euros. In Canada lunch seems to inexpensive too.

Lunch in the UK and Holland is not LUNCH. A sandwich + a glass of milk = Holland and a sandwich in the UK. When I lived there I brought with me a sandwich and sometimes I went to fast food joints.

I pack a lunch ... usually salads or whatever left-overs I have from dinner. What I find helps is packing your lunch the night before that way you don't have to do any thinking in the morning.
