He would make a good somali

I think he is aware of the results of the elections in France {regional} where the Far right pulled in an historic number after the terrorists attacks in Paris
http://www.france24.com/en/20151206-liv ... tions-2015

However in France elections are set up in 2 rounds , ignoring the high abstention number for a minute , it is very possible that the leftist{ French Labour party, currently in power } candidates who finished all but last in many places may take their name of the list which is a signal to their supporters to vote for the LR { French conservatives, republicans} in a head to head against the far right { Front National} . My prediction is , the far right is ahead in 6 out of 13 regions now , they will end with 1or 2/13

Trump is exploiting the political climate. His supporters are mainly people who do understand the constitution. Eastern European leaders – e.g. Hungary- have expressed similar sentiments. Islamophobia is an election winning strategy.

It would not be long before the west is led by right wing leaders and before assimilate or leave becomes the order of the day. The good thing about the west though is that for every racist/ bigot you have a smart person with liberal views. It is not like developing countries where the masses rally behind a demagogue.

FN is a family business. It will win a few regions. My guess is that in the distant future, Europe will be led by fascists. Or the alternative is Denmark where mainstream parties have embraced the policies of the Danish people's party. Even the socialists and the liberals have the same immigrant policy of the racist party. In Norway and Finland, the racist parties are in government. In Sweden and the Netherlands and even Italy, racist parties are making gains.

Sarkozy refused to join with the liberals. So there wont be a united front against the FN.

Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump cited a misleading poll from Washington Times columnist Frank Gaffney's Center for Security Policy to justify a call he issued "for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States." Gaffney has been described as "one of America's most notorious Islamophobes" and experts dismiss the poll's methodology as questionable.

Frank Gaffney is an adviser to Donald Trump :ohhh:

Details of Frank Gaffney's statements can be read here: http://mediamatters.org/research/2015/1 ... sed/207298

All of these prove one thing: Donald Trump is just a clown, used by others for their own agenda.

Donald Trump is driving the GOP 2016 Clown Car into the ditch and there's nothing the GOP can do about it
Courtesy of HuffPo:

Republican presidential hopeful and real estate mogul Donald Trump is calling for a "total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States" following deadly terror attacks involving Islamic extremists in California and France.

"Without looking at the various polling data, it is obvious to anybody the hatred is beyond comprehension," Trump said in a statement emailed to reporters on Monday.

"Where this hatred comes from and why we will have to determine. Until we are able to determine and understand this problem and the dangerous threat it poses, our country cannot be the victims of horrendous attacks by people that believe only in Jihad, and have no sense of reason or respect for human life," he continued.

Corey Lewandowski, Trump's campaign manager, told The Associated Press that the ban would apply to "everybody," including Muslims seeking tourist visas.

So to be clear, the leading contender for the Republican nomination to be President of the United States just declared war on the second largest religion on the planet.

Here is how some of Trump's rivals responded.

Actually, the only thing stopping most cadaan westerners from killing you and feasting upon your corpse are strong institutions and governments/rule of law. If tomorrow a crazed right-wing lunatic came into political office, he/she would still be your only line of defence against the great unwashed. The politicians, regardless of where they stand on the political spectrum, still have the public eye on them. They still have duties but the masses have the anonymity of the mob and can do or say whatever they like. It doesn't matter if they are liberals/leftist or not - their was a study in America which should cadaan liberals as just as subconsciously biased and racist as their right-wing counterparts.

You're right Lamagoodle , the FN is a family business. The founder Jean -Marie Le Pen who until recently was the boss is a little like Donald Trump , a comedian who would say the most outrageous things . His daughter Marine was right behind him , until sensing that in order for the electors to take them seriously they had to appear more presentable . She staged a "coup d'etat" by getting the committee to agree with her and then she fired her father  kicked him out of the party .{ they're very hostile to each other now }.Well I guess the tactical move she made is paying off today

The ruling class leans to the right. They want to bust the world economy to produce a big boom.

The left wont ever rule in the West again. Even in the US, the Democrats may tow a populist line but we know who's in their pockets! :stylin:

The far-Right Front National’s highest profile figures stand to lose their regional election fight, latest polls suggest, as Socialist voters prepare to vote en masse for the mainstream Right to block the FN rise. ......
The far-Right party, whose popular figures include leader Marine le Pen and her niece, Marion Maréchal-Le Pen, could end up with one or no regions at all in the run-off, if current polls prove accurate.

America has a deep core of racism and hatred towards minorities and muslims, so trump has been able to tap into that infested demonic hate they thrive on and use it to his advantage
