If there is lack of content in your region then you can install "Hola" extension from Google store. Once you're on the Hola browser, you'll see a British location set by default on the top right corner of the toolbar so change it to Canada, US or depending on the location you want to choose then log in to Netflix, you'll have more content. US/Canada has the most.
Hola can be used for any sites especially when you're not able to watch content that isn't available in your location so you can use Hola, change the location and watch.
When you're not using it, disable the Hola browser because it drains your data, even when you're not using it.
