That is what i am saying,Kenya cant afford any conflict in the area and it will solved amicably because kenya already has alshabab problems in the area,Clan skirmishes which often happen and if you combine this with somalia dispute ,kenya tourism industry which is a huge profit making for the economy will be a thing of the past and remember that once somalia fully pacifies 2020 kenya will lose billions of dollars because of the emergeny somali industry will be more diverse and lucrative than kenya tourism especially in the southern part of the country.Somalia has a strong case in winning this dispute, Kenya's case that it follows Tanzania's deal and not international law has no standing. When the new maritime border line stretches southwards i will be be absolutely delighted. And if it kills the Kenyan tourism industry... all the better.

A state's territorial sea extends up to 12 nautical miles (22.2 km; 13.8 mi) from its baseline. If this would overlap with another state's territorial sea, the border is taken as the median point between the states' baselines, unless the states in question agree otherwise.

Kenya wants to oppose the case now, since it sees no way in winning it and the law is on Somalia's side.FAKE CLAIM
“The issue of the Kenyan government violations against our territorial waters has continued for a long time, so it’s the right time to end its fake claim in court,” Somalia’s Information Minister Mohammed Maareeye argued in July this year.
Last year, Somalia went to the ICJ, based in The Hague, to demand that the coastal boundary with Kenya be adjusted, after accusing Kenya of encroaching on its territory for oil exploration.
In July this year, Mogadishu formally filed the case and Kenya had eight months to respond.
Kenya is keen to have the matter resolved out of court, because they fear a loss coming and see negotiating with a fragile, weak state in it's best interest. If Kenya succeeds in opposing the case at this stage, it means the case will collapse and the two parties will have to return to negotiations. If it proceeds, both sides will have to defend their positions and have the judges decide.
all iidoors? No i dont think so,Just because they have problem with puntland doesnt mean anything to us.it is in the interest of kenya to solve this issue friendly as we know majority of the oil wells findings lay on the somali side. All the iidoors support Kenya's claims - now that's a surprise. What a cancer you iidoors are.
Rooble Al Waliid, everything you've said is right!
