You cannot keep a manager that makes such comments as "Last season I did an amazing job and I brought players to a level that is not their level." Where is the appreciation of their hard work? If you brought them to an extra-ordinary level last season, why did you not do it a second time? It is not all about JM, it is a club which consists of the owner, board, stewards, medical staff, playing staff, management staff, scouts, fans, and the list is long. Everyone worked hard for success, if JM thinks he is the only one that can, then he is wrong. We won UCL without him and with fringe players at that.
I do think sacking him was a mistake. However, it’s all we can do now to back Hiddink, who’s had so much success before as well, Time to move on and win another UCL just like 2012. Blue is the color

Saying all this, I still have massive respect and fondness for him; 3 PL titles, 1 FA Cup, 3 League Cups. That’s incredible. Mourinho is a short-term relationship equivalent of management. Just because it has to end, and it definitely has to, doesn’t mean I cannot look back with fondness at what he’s done with us .

Abrahamovic is a business man and he only cares for results.his policy of hiring and firing managers (irrespective of any previous success) has shown to work. When you have billions you can afford to do that.i am actually surprised he brought him back considering what happened at the end of his first tenure.
