Nicholas Kay is right Somalia is no longer a failed state as the state institutions are forming, there is a national government despite the corruption and interference from other countries. The regional governments are contributing to peace and stability, and the terrorist Al-Shabaab is getting routed in the battle field. Insha'Allah good days are ahead!
