The Taliban is winning so they need a destabilize force, a virus to wreck havoc.
here is where ISIS comes in..
The Taliban encountered ISIS and started exterminating them like the cockroaches they are.
The US is transplanting ISIS in areas where there are no taliban, to incubate the infection.

May allah give victory to the taliban, and give them the power to extinguish these pests
