for security reasons,some alshabab members are known to wear the niqab/indhoshareer and attack common peoples gatherings like weddings,parties,offices so as to prevent these infiltration it is must that this activity of wearing niqab is banned until security improves and people have no arms to carry around.jowhar is the most peaceful city in middle shabelle only gov officials are allowed to carry weapons.
