Well most of the country is at the moment no better off than the Ethiopians and South Sudanese. With peace though i have no idea it would be on Kenya's level.

Doubt it, Kenya has a very high literacy rate, hence why they're ranked higher than most African countries. With peace Somalia might be higher than Ethiopia as their gdp per capita and literacy rate is horribly low.

Ummm, Egypt should have been ranked higher than Libya. Libya is in full blown civil war.
