Turn the aircon on full blast
Open the windows
Switch the TV off and leave them alone to get bored
Dont offer them any refreshments
Tell the the toilet is out of order
Tell them you have to go to work

That should do the trick

You could also try what happened to me last night at Nandos. The restaurant manager just switched off the lights on my sister and I since it was nearing close. Rude. -__-
