He's Ogaden , an Ethiopian national. The problem is the influence he brings on southern somali through his Ogaden connection . For the neighbouring countries there are 2 options . Either the somalis will bring chaos to your country { Kenya, Somalia} , either through the tribes that live in their respective lands they will interfere in Somali politics . It will run its course in due time and go back the other way , just like a pendulum and guess who's gonna be in the middle of it . You guess it , the Ogaden again .
