Lmao..Ethiopians are great at faking it, most arent that afrocentric when they go home and are surrounded by other ethiopians,.Unlike Somalis who are honest about their feelings, most Ethiopians would rather not say anything and just get along with the west africans or tje bantus at school or university. Ethiopian parents would die of a heart attack if their daughter or son marries a West African or so called "Bariya", theyd much rather let them marry whites. -Habeshas worship whites too, and see themselves as the white black african. I notice even Oromos have also picked up on this belief that lighter skin is better and they tend to put assimilated Habesha Oromos on a pedestal in their community,,most community leaders are on the lighter spectrum. In other words, dont believe it. Ethiopians are the most two faced people in Africa, we have alot of self hatred and complexes. At,east Somalis are honest. We even have slurs for dark skin despite the fact that more than half the population is dark skin.

I very much agree. There is a very very very big self-hate issue among "Habesha" people generally speaking, not all, but generally. But whu is this? Why do people strive to look lighter and look up to people of white skin is what one must ask themselves. I believe what one must ask themselves is who dominates the world in this day and age? My answer is people who are classified as "white". In what way do they dominate the world? My answer is politically, culturally, educationally, ecomically, militarily etc. What is the system they use to dominate the world? My answer is the system of white suprememacy, basically people who are classified as white gain access to all of the opportunities to climb the ladder and continue to dominate the world by submitting and defeating everyone else who is not classified as "white". Whats the proof of this? My answer name a single country in Africa which is not dependant on aid or is industrialized in any way (South Africa does NOT count since all industries are controlled by people classified as white). And so on and so on.

Therefore my opinion is that people who are subdued and dominated by another people will try to fit in and assimilate with the dominating people so as to 'climb' out of misery.
